发帖数: 1430 | 7 老实说，我觉着你应该能顺利返回，就跟他们直接说OPT时你有faculty的offer. 特别
是拿上offer letter.
不过我不是律师，我也不希望误导你。你最好和学校International Office的人咨询一
下，既包括你读书的学校，也包括你要去工作的学校。
如果你还没有毕业，他们应该会让你回，因为你还是Full Time Student.

记得要带好：成绩单，在读证明，以及offer letter.

here is the reply:
The issue with any travel close to graduation is having something academic
to do when you return. If the Port of Entry officer sees that you are
returning close to your graduation date they may question why you are
returning and if you have anything left to finish for your degree. It can
get complicated travelling during the last semester because of the idea of
program completion. If you finish everything before your trip and do not
have anything left to submit, you would be considered to have already
completed your program and therefore cannot travel as an F-1. You would not
have the option of applying for OPT since your program was complete when
you were outside the U.S. Immigration considers the completion of your
program to be when you have submitted everything and finished all academic
requirements. It does not matter if you have not actually received your
degree yet because that could be mailed to you. If you do not have anything
left to submit after your return, it would be very risky to travel and you
may not be allowed to re-enter the U.S. |

我见过这样的例子，也都成功入境了。(不过我不是律师，也不想误导你。)
你问的问题实际上没人能回答你，最保险的是现在开始做H1B, 用Premium Processing.
