2. MPEG-4
3. ACC
Video Size is preferred to set at natural resolution: 320x240
Aspect 4:3
Frame/sec (check your source file)
Bitrate 144 ( you may use higher if you want)
choose (hi quality, top quality, 3gp v5)
Sampling Freq 22050 (you can always set it higher)
Channel 2
Bitrate 48 (higher if you want)
Simply drop the files you want to convert into the drop box.
