跟nelson打了几个半场的球。发球偏到老远。向前移动有点信心了,向后比向前差。我
是向前不会主
动的步法,向后不会被动的步法。所以网前跑到了也抢不到高点,后场稍微跑慢一点就
很狼狈。
混双:
发球short,错区了几个,平球高球都有不到位或者失误的。发外角球要跟进。
接发球:接小球推底线推腰位都有。准头还是差了点,尤其腰位,出界的比不出界的多
。开始仗着人
家不好意思欺负我,站位靠前,后来被发了好多平球高球,嘿嘿。没准备好的接不到的
就不说了。接
到的说一下吧:a.打了后场然后自己上网,被杀在路上了。打后场要回平行站位啊,往
前冲什么。。
。b.杀中路,质量不是太高,被抽回来了。c.吊边线,腰位。这个成功了。总结一下:
对方给我发流
氓球的时候肯定是觉得我接不到或者接不好的,所以一般不会换成平行站位。所以,被
动的话,就打
后场,回平行站位。主动的话,吊或者杀边线。当然了,启动判断很重要。先打到再说。
网前的步法比周三好了一点点,主要是每次打完球注意赶紧回位,准备好下一个。手感
