this is at an intersection of two medium roads (like palms or overland),
too noisy
this has private water, my .5 doesn't feel comfortable. also, it's too
remote, very hard to drive to there on a winter night -- i have to teach
until 8:30pm every wed

high power line is in this house's front yard, besides, it has been sold
twice, then back on market both times, i guess something else is wrong
this house is full of 8 years of indian curry cooking, even in the
closets in bedrooms of second floor, there is still strong curry
smell. :(
i have asked on living board, most people say there's no way to get
rid of the smell
