serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
courage to change the things I can,
and wisdom to know the difference."
This thought has so far been successful in keeping me relatively sane
through some of the more difficult moments.
Hope it can help you too.
(I am not religious at all; I think this "prayer" transcends religion.)
