teams will be taxed horrendously, and most of the money will go to the bottom
teams. It's unlike nfl system in which all the revenue is equally devided by
each club. The mlb system appears to make sense, because it helps the bottom
team the most, but it actually encourage the bottom teams choose not to
compete. The reason is simple: if you can't win, just dump your salary and
