Baseball has many pathetic franchises. On top of the list is the Cubs, who
seemingly could never go around the curse. Next would probably be the
Phillies, who simply have the most losses in any club history. If we begin
with the lowest winning percentage, Devil Rays probably will top the list.
In its 9 years of existence, it has a 0.398 winning percentage, which is
very difficult to achieve in baseball. We can give the team the benefit of
