good as lefty prospects gets and Maybin is also ready for major. But Cabrera
is an unbelievable talent, Willis can still be his dominating self. And
they are not like Randy Johnson and Barry Bonds. Those guys are young. Some
team out there who has money will trade for them and lock them up long term.
Tigers made a great trade. If they can lock Cabrera on a 6 year 100 M deal,
they are the sure winner. If Maybin and Miller tu |

Peavy will sign an extension with Padres. It will give him about 17M a year
through 2012. It's the market price I guess. |

Matthews, this year Torii Hunter. How many CFs could a team have? And they
probably still have nobody to protect Vlad.
The same thing goes to Dodgers. Juan Pierre is a terrible signing. His OBP
is too low as leadoff and can't hit 2nd. Let's see how Torre can turn things
around. :) |

i thot they would chase arod or carbrerea.... sigh....
for the dodgers, the biggest problem seems to be chemistry and the major
injuries for the last year.... the current roster looks promising to me,
at least in NLW.
