understand that the momentum is in Ra

6th has 3 more outs (which result in runs), which gives them unfair advantag
es.
I like the current rule more. It is more fair, needless to say.

with reason.
it is just like what fed does, right? the fomc does not change interest rat
e to respond to the market, it tries to insert dynamical control ahead of ti
me. to me, that decision has a good chance to yield unpredictable results. s
till it is the best you can do. so you go ahead and do it.

nt games.
162 regular season games. if a team loses one game because of the old rule,
no big deal. but when it comes to postseason play, it is big. i am not sure
what prompted mlb to change the rules. but yeah, the change is for the bette
r.

所以光芒真是捡了条命。
