s given every opportunity to keep his spot in the Phillies rotation. Not to
jinx Happ, he was involved in an even bigger turmoil -- first, it was Roy Ha
lladay, then it was Petro Martinez. But he performed. if Moyer has an ERA of
4.5, he would not have been demoted to the pen...
Pedro gives Phillies a better chance to win at this point. Plus, he is a rig
hty. Plus, he is Pedro. So he will start at least for now.

his ERA was 5.61. Pedro hasn't proven he's better than that 5.61.

a team with WS asperation.
Pedro just gave Phillies an easy excuse to remove Moyer. If you replace Moye
r with Drabek, that is one story. With Pedro, it is another.
BTW, I honestly think at this stage Pedro is a better option. And M's should
explore every possibility to acquire Moyer from Phillies with Phillies payi
ng the remaining of his salary.
