The Major League Baseball Players Association won a 9-2 decision Wednesday
from the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, which ruled federal agents
illegally seized the urine samples of 104 players who allegedly tested
positive in 2003. The agents were entitled only to the samples to the 10
players named on the initial search warrant, the court said.

SCOTUS may take the case, at their discretion. now 9th circuit only ruled
on the constitutionality of the admission of the evidence, which falls under
the jurisdiction of SCOTUS.

FBI上诉没有赢得希望。你是啥逻辑啊？
还"at their discretion".那纯粹屁话，最高法院懒得跟猪似的，
当事方不去上诉，最高法院才懒得来搭理你。上诉了他们都能直接驳回
说不审理。

上诉的话，due to circuit split, or in cases such as bush v. gore.
