a contract year will pitch like an ace, a la Lohse, Pineiro, etc. In fact,
I think the Cards should only sign pitchers to one-year deals from now on,
then they'll have five aces all the time.

现在这环境，这价钱有些overpay了
也没听说谁要竞价Penny
Penny过去两年的表现怎么值这价钱
base应该再低一些，5M差不多了，incentive反到可以更具体一些甚至高一些
Cardinal这个新manager还是嫩
看他过去一年的move,都有道理，但全都在没有多少竞争的情况下overpay很多
从Lohse的约，Derosa和Holiday的交易，到这个新约
都是被谈判对手完胜

发帖数: 39524 | 5 lohse续约确实是败笔，自己受伤也是不幸，但是derosa holiday应该说不是错误的决
定，现在的形势，大家都急功近利，有机会赢就应该争取，只要能进入季后赛就算是一个小的成功，
至于季后赛走多远，听天命了。

我说这些move都是正确的，
不过cardinal的GM太弱了，
谈判桌上都被对方完胜

is good at making pitchers feel at home, chances are the players
will play up to their talents. This suggests Duncan may be pretty
good at this.
