因为联邦法院不会对arbitrator判罚的依据重申，而是只审查arbitrator是否因为受贿
或者偏见而做出不公正的判罚。
除非A-rod方举证Fredric Horowitz收贿 or不公，不然联邦法院根本不会受理。
目前看A-rod方能拿出这样的证据的可能性微乎其微。
