The current young generation probably will think KB is better than those
for sure, but if you ask fans of all ages, or if you ask all current
coaches/reporters to vote, I don't think KB will definitely be ranked
before those guys (he may or may not).

more than 5,000, as well as the record for most career steals (3,265)

This is not like something for a short period, like highest point in one
game, x consecutive games scoring Y+ points. It is career stats.
Most career assists by a margin of around 30%? Is KB close in any of his

So and so can be a leader in assists, steals, 3pts, blocks, rebounds,etc.
But without some rings to back them up, I don't think they are in the same
league as KB.

PG.
Stockton is a very traditional PG with traditional physical condition, who
we can say reached the peak of that role. Magic defined a different type
of PG, i.e. a PG with a forward's size.

半场并不顺利，有时候就得换scott上来。防守上印象不深了。

Bor for Jabbar, it is different. I am not sure if MJ can plan that many
years as Jabbar. What Jabbar achieved is something that almost no one else
can achieve. I don't think MJ can score that many points in total.
But just because Jabbar and Malone are #1 and #2 scorers in their total
points, they are one of the few bests in their positions.
Same for Stockton. Assist is the key ability for PG, and Stockton can beat #
2 by a 50% margin, there is no doubt he is one the greatest PG in history.
No one else plays the traditional PG position better than him (Magic is different type of PG than him in my eyes, overral better achievment than Stockton), and no one playes the SG position better than MJ.
KB is great, but he hasn't re-defined (or he hasn't defined) any position
yet.
That's the point.
