再看看PER，相差20多个％
Oneal 3年是： 30.5 28.7 28.3
Kobe 3年是： 19.3 25 20.5
相比于Oneal的稳定，Kobe差很多。相比于自己，Kobe也就第二次还不错，PER 值25，
比他Career 平均22.4高很多，也是KobeCareer第2高的PER值，结果那一年湖人几乎轮
