hated by fans from time to time, unless he's popo, zen, pat, or the great
larry brown.
exhibit A: Mav's carlisle, great coach, have been a fan of him since 2003
he beat larry brown face to face. But he still got dumped by poistons and
pacers, and in his last few years as pacers coach, he's hated by pacers fans
for his stubborn, terrible courtside coaching, etc.
exhibit B: doc rivers made his name by winning coy at Oranlo, then he'd been
the laughing stock of boston fans for years, you mush have heard 1or2 of
those famous jokes like 'bench al' or 'let's move the ball'. and now lots of
clippers fans hating him again merely 1 year after thinking 'omg he's gonna
take us to the top'
I guess the truth is, if you follow a team long enough and actually care,
but your team has not won any championship or even winning games, you'll
start hating the coach... | p****p

70％的球迷都是事后诸葛亮。没有完美的教练，事后找各种借口喷一个人太容易了。好
教练少喷，差点儿的多喷。
另外的30％里面可能25％都是盲目的球迷。迷的球队不好，迷的球员不好就可以喷了。
这里头有不少还是膝跳反射的，一场球不好就可以喷了。
赚球迷的钱，活该被球迷喷。That's their life. | w********r

发帖数: 5610 | 5 大多数球迷确实不懂，但是好教练还是很明显能看出来的。就几个特点：
1.懂技战术或者有懂技战术的Assistant Coach。
2.知道自己球队队员水平，能合理利用，根据球员，打出不同风格，能激励或者控制球
员，发挥球员最佳水平。
3.能给管理层提建议，搞到的新人，立刻能提高球队成绩。
当然看料做菜，有时候料不好，菜总做不太好，但是好教练，起码能把球员最佳组合搞
出来。
Pat Riley绝对是最佳教练，在湖人和纽约2个球队打的风格完全不一样，还能都打进决
赛。跑到Miami，居然能调整球员，拿到总冠军。Pat是带兵打仗型，平时训练特别长，
球员水平发挥最高，能赢球。3个球队都证明了带兵能力。
其次是Phil，看料做菜水平高。
Popo不知道，但起码Duncan能用好，能控制Duncan上场时间，延长Duncan运动寿命，这
个比大多数教练已经好的不是太多。
Doc Rivers据说激励很会，但是技战术一塌糊涂。长期就不能服人。料好能激励人，开
始能赢球，但不能一直赢球，因为不知所以然，不能调整。
Carlisle是一流教练，防守策略好，性格还是和Riley不一样，和Cuban是最佳搭档。 |
