内心的镇静
经文: 「你们要安静，要知道我是上帝。」（诗四十六10，直译）
若要眞认识上帝，内心的镇静是绝对必须的。我记得我当初怎样学习这功课。
那时正有一件大祸临头，我全身的细胞跳动，所有的血管紧涨，事情又需立即对付；可
是四周环境，又不容我移动丝毫。
因着内心的纷乱，我的身体好像要四分五裂了；但是忽然一个微小的声音在灵
的深处向我说：「你们要安静，要知道我是上帝。」这句话眞带着能力。于是我集合全
身各部，压制我的灵，使他们镇静下来。我把我的急难交给上帝，仰望等候祂；我觉得
眞有股力量从镇静中出来应付难处。结果：事情平安过去，我自己在祂里面得了安息。
