Alright, so I'm LDS and i find this performance HILARIOUS! Those who say
crap about mormons will just sound arrogant, and that's their choice. Unless
you've actually been to an LDS church and have read the Book of
Mormon and gone to the sunday school classses that i have go to my whole
life, you have no right to say things about mormons. So unless you have
accurate information, just keep it to yourself :) I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS
PERFORMANCE. He should have won the tony! :D
@KristalynJ It is! He's very faithful, enthusiastic, and pure of
heart and sincere in his intent. It IS SWEET.
@goldenvoice52286 Naw, I'm Mormon and I find like I really like this. It's
funny, makes sense and he's got an amazing voice. What's not to like?
The musical is mostly about how any religion looks silly to outsiders, but
regardless, it can teach you to be a good person. | m****a

Softner Bear commercials. But, anyway, I thought this was great. You know
what, I think this is what the world needs to learn, that there is
something wonderful, faith-filled, etc., in all religions and in the human
heart. It does not matter the silly specifics of scripture etc., it is the
love and the faith. We have to stop being so literal, and just focus on LOVE
. We humans are silly. Its about LOVE LOVE LOVE.
I want to be converted after watching this video. !!!
I'm a Mormon..even was one of these guys...and I love this!! I cannot wait
to see the amazing musical when it goes on tour!
As a Mormon I think this is AMAZING!
So funny. I remember my mission in Venezuela from 2000-2002 like it was
yesterday. Twas a great experience and now I speak Spanish as a second
language. If your not from Utah all of this is new stuff to ya.
Funny though.
There's something so endearing about his innocence and the way this song is
so filled with hope. Sure, it's a bit mocking, but ultimately you can't help
admiring this character.
I'm a Mormon and loved every second of it... it actually really
nailed the way I felt on my mission at times.
If you see the play, yes they make fun of the Myth's of church. But
they also show how nice and how family & Mormons are trusting in their faith.
Brilliant show..it actually kinda respects the Mormon dedication to their&#
