The Chevron refinery in Richmond is on fire.
There is a "shelter in place" warning for Richmond, San Pablo, and El
Cerrito as of 8:30 p.m. This means residents should stay inside with
windows and doors closed.
The Village may experience this smoke if the winds shift. If residents see
or smell this smoke they should proceed to shelter in place.
Channel 4 news is covering the fire.
Please let your neighbors know this information.
