the bill you received from DMV for renew of your registration, which has
1) registration fee $30
2) vehicle license fee $374
3) ... $0
4) ... $0
...
6) Smog something free $6
Total $420. | y**l

plates. Plus $50 smog test in the southern LA ($10 off). In another state, I
only paid $59 for registration in the last year. Car's value was on the
paperwork, $3400. Don't know what's wrong.
