韩国烧烤价格较贵, 我和朋友去oakland(就是telegraph上的)吃过几次,
觉得相比之下可利亚一点不差啊, 价格只有韩国人的一半. | m****r

我就看不爽为啥韩国的玩意就比咱中餐贵一倍.

the grilled meats are more watery at keliya, taste nothing like when it is on
a real grill.
I think the quality of the meats are worse at keliya, as well.

keliya is buffet, the place on telegraph is a normal restaurant.
comparing the price of huaguo where you pay $5/plate of meat to korean bbq
is make more sense.
or, you can compare keliya buffet with korean bbq buffet.

韩国烧烤里就那个腌过的"ribs"大概可利压比不上,
其他的猪牛肉, 牛舌头, 其实狠一般.
韩国人比较聪明, 各种小碗上一大堆, 让食客觉得热闹.

大四川算弯曲最好的川菜馆了吧. 辣子机是当家菜.

as for the pricing of anyting in the free market, it is determined by
supply and demand, deh shuo. so, if we are only concerned with the price,
we shouldn't be comparing the quality of the product, but the supply and
demand thereof.

相比之下, 咱中餐人情味足啊, 不宰自己人. 毕竟吃中餐的大多数都是咱中国人. hehe.

原来叫大上海来着，做些骗骗外人的上海菜。
后来换了个厨师，改做川菜了，
做出来的菜巨咸。

它以前是在San Jose下面, 后来为了节省工本, 搬到了Newark.
老板是台湾人, 做菜水平狠高(但很少下厨现在), 跟他聊过一次,
他以前是作上海菜出身的, 但上海菜是讲究原料的, 而且在弯曲卖得不如川菜好,
所以就川沪双修了---菜单上川菜上海菜都有.
它那比较好的菜有: 重庆辣子机, 小椒牛肉丝, 纸包螃蟹, 丝瓜竹笙, 沙锅腌笃鲜.
我个人觉得弯曲中餐馆无人出其右. hehe.

places makes certain dishes better.
yurongrenjia use to make the best po la yu. but not anymore.
chuan wei xuan still makes the best gua fu po la tu and shui zu niu rou
