不要急着去找严氏。
本人今日正准备上Berkeley小法院起诉严氏的恶劣服务。

The purpose of my post was to provide a bit information. BM can delete
it at any time if nobody likes it. Or even ban me for a few days if that
violated our rules - maybe it has too much commercial flavor in my post.
