CRE may go to germline and your cell type specificity may be lost . |

是不是 A gene不在生殖细胞表达,就不会出现此文章中的情况了?
算了下原来的breeding strategy,得到cKO的几率是3/8,如果用double heterozygotes
会降到3/16。

issue. Just be careful and try. Good luck. |

distinguish the homo and hetero of
the cre line.

first...it seems trivial but I think many
studies in the literature could be resulted from Cre-phenotype:)))...I
personally prefer Cre/Cre F/+ versa F/+
breeding...that way u can everything...and u could unexpectedly notice hez
phenotype too...And I see I might
kill a MS if they don't show this cre control esp when the phenotype is
subtle and cell death related...
