not aware of the service...It cost about 800-1500 per run and you can get
anywhere 20-40 M reads...good enough for transcriptome....but i don't know
whether it will be on campus only or not...

institute all offer services depending on where your are. Many Univeristy
has illumina. |

发帖数: 997 | 7 Thanks for the info. I actually have found many service providers, and we
have just purchased machine at my intitute, but it takes time for everthing
to be set up. Have you used any of those providers and got good results? One
of my neighboring labs used a service but did not get very good results.
That is what I am more concerned with. Thanks for your help.

虽然版上不少人鄙视他们，不过做sequence,恐怕他们还有实力吧。 最近两个月已经两
篇nature 封面了。 而且其他的几个什么古人阿之类的封面，其实也是他们做的。
