analysis.
Personally feel literture is better than textbook in depth and width
and surely more uptodate. | e*******e

be obsolete even before its publication.
Nat Rev Genet has a nice review series called "Applications of next–
generation sequencing" http://www.nature.com/nrg/series/nextgeneration/index.html, you may find a lot of what you need to know there.
