You may not have an answer, and I have found non--although there must be
somewhere.
What is Bt specificity? It appears it works against some but not other
insects. Or does the difference lie in larva and adult stage of an insect,
as bollworm is larva but mirid bug is adult?

of a subset of insect family such as the Lepidoptera (some moth)
However, it has no significant affect for many other insects
