protocol? I couldn't find any on the web. Also I was told to start with 21
days mice, and to mate them on day
23 after stimulating the females with hormones (PMS and hCG). Are they too
young?

发帖数: 392 | 2 你碰到什么问题了？第一天中午注射PMSG,第三天中午注射hCG，当天放入公老鼠。第四
天上午检查有没有交配。如果有交配，第七天解剖老鼠，冲出blastocyst. 21天的母鼠不算太小了。

做，以后碰到
问题再多请教。
鼠不算太小
了。
