The potential experiment might be to test if non-transcription factor
factors, such as protein kinases can
facilitate reprogramming. If true, this might facilitate the use of small
molecule for induction of iPS, and help
understand the mechanism of reprogramming. (or anyone has already working on
a similar project?)

GSk3b, erk, Mapk etc etc inhibitor can all do this, RA can do it too...IPS
is not a bad field, but u need a good angle/niche to catch the tide/stand
out now....
