信是否有问题？ 还有就是如果一直没有收到回信可不可以再写信问呢？还是说该教授根本就没兴趣呢？

如果可以写你对他哪些研究感兴趣（当然你要读他的papers，并让他知道你读了，
而且有自己的见解），也许会更好。外行人的感受，但我想其他行业通用。

1st: introduce who you are and say you are interested in postdoc position in
his lab
2nd: What you have done
3rd: short description what project in his lab interests you
4th: Ask if he has open or not.

所以，你要把自己包装成美女，让帅哥第一眼就看上你对你感兴趣。
当然，包装的前提是低子好，如果是暴龙的话，整容也整不出美女。：P
