因为就算老板找好了人
但是很多欧洲国家的要求就是要公开招聘
所以还是要发广告
不过就是个形式
谁来申请都没戏
据我所知
丹麦，瑞士都是这种情况

unlikely to find top labs. For all the faculty and top scientists who I
know, I don't think that any one found their postdoc position via ads. This
days, you can pretty much find everything in your favorite search engine.
Believe me, when you are GOOD, any top lab will find a way to get you, even
without immediate funding/space; when you are mediocre, you often get no
funding/no space response. |

就算是都找好人了，也必须发广告才
能正式招聘。
