Could any friends recommend nice and simply ways to look at mature neuron
dendritic morphology in hippocampus (CA regions and DG as well). my Cre is
so bright and GFP is so weak, hard to tell...not sure whether my sections
still can go for Golgi staining since we perfused with PFA and then sucrose
and then section at 30um...I am thinking to go with calbindin...
