CFX96 system,
Opticon2 system (Bio-rad),
7300 fast system,
Step one plus system (ABI)
Lightcycler II 480 (Roche).
我觉得如果不是做HRM，其实都差不多。不过我们组里都觉得Biorad CFX96比较user
friendly,但是出来的最晚。roche是用idaho的技术，资格比较老。ABI硬件很好，软件
很不好用。Rotorgene似乎温度控制的最好，不过没用的。能做HRM大概都是四五万块钱
.刚买没多久，还不知道售后怎么样。

发帖数: 708 | 4 要是你自己用的话，还有一个事情比较重要。ABI和Roche都是用钨灯照射的,Gg过一两年要换，bio-rad是LED,基本上不用.bio-rad就像普通pcr仪可以开着overnight，第二天看结果。前两个一定要走前关掉，要不机器一晚上轰轰响。bio-rad不好的地方就是，升温降温比较慢。ABI和roche都可以 fast PCR,一个run也就是一个小时多点。

Thank you for the inputs.
The system will be mostly used for gene experssion profileling so HRM may be
a overkill; but still will look into it if the price differnce to the lower
end model is not big. | R****n
发帖数: 708 | 6 No problem. If you have some job information about DNA mutation/methylation analysis and Mass Spec analysis, that would be very helpful to me. Thank you!

这个机器还可以连上网络，设置一下，程序结束了直接email发结果。
