Any other prophage on E. coli K12 has T7 RNA polymerase?
How about SP6 promoter? what kind of genotype can not express SP6 promoter ?
Can this genotype E. coli K12 ∆(araD-araB)567, ∆lacZ4787(::rrnB-
3), lambda-, rph-1, ∆(rhaD-rhaB)568, hsdR514 express SP6 or T7
promoter-driven gene?

lamda prophage encodes T7 RNA polymerase.
The question is in E. coli K12 whether the lamda prophage is the only one
encoding T7 RNA polymerase?
E. coli have many prophages on genome.
Do lamda- E. coli strains still have T7 RNA polymerase?
