FLAG
ZZ
个人有点倾向于用ZZ标签，因为能直接亲和protein A
不知版面上是否有大佬有这方面经验的能否指点1，2，转基因鼠周期都很长，所以不敢贸然决定 |

BTW, Flag is Sigma's patent so only they have Flag antibodies.
