nuclear extract to conduct in vitro transcription, in vitro splicing or
polyadenylation assays afterwards, it's better to directly put your cells

能PBS悬起来，离心，倒去PBS直接放-80，以后在拿出来解冻了继续下面的？
指导我的博后说解冻会把细胞弄破。不知道细胞核会不会泄漏呢？
