如果你再re-introduce E2F1, 在为drug未处理对照组有相似E2F1 level情况下，可以
rescue或部分rescue drug引起的cell cycle arrest, 应该更有说服力。 | h**********8

如果同时看到Rb也被downregulated,和E2F1downregulation有关吗? Rb好像不是E2F1的
