the mouse, 100ul is the limit afaik.
we usually draw 5-10ul for time course as drawing more from
tail vein is hard.

for the past few exps, we typically were able to draw <2ml when sacrificing
the mice. Is there a reason why some blood can't be drawn? just curious

另外，你说100ul是多长时间重复的取血？我还没试过短时间重复取血，只试过眼眶静
脉采血，一次大概能到300到400，大点儿的老鼠能到500
