我想分析某个基因可能会被哪些signal直接调控。
想测试这个基因的promoter上是否有potential的 transcriptional binding sites。
比如说Wnt, p53, BMP之类的直接binding位点或序列。
请问有没有什么软件可以对promoter序列进行分析的？
