用的是Exiqon的universal miRNA PCR，
reference ctrl试过5s rRNA和U6，可是这2个ctrl好像不是很consistent，
所以不知道如何去normalize data。
请问版上大牛，你们在做miRNA qPCR时，用什么reference ctrl？ |
