interaction. 但是yeast-two hybrid 证明a和b没有interaction.
请问yeast-two hybrid 和GST-pull down 哪个更可信呢？是不是如果interaction很弱
，yeast-two hybrid 就不work呢？

十年前没有太多别的手段研究interaction
用用y2h还差不多
