说公老鼠的diet影响后代的metabolic gene expression。
下了paper一看，他们把老鼠pups养到三周杀了，做了一堆microarray和CpG什么的。唯
一的一个蛋白质实验是在肝里测了10个lipid，有三个的变化的p小于0.05
我就郁闷了，你多养几个星期抽个血测测insulin和glucose tolerence能死么，又不是
很难做。这些红点儿绿点儿的，到底有多少真能出来phenotype?!!!
真想直接criticize这篇paper。。。还是Cell的。。。 |

总之他是搞metabolism的，因为他通篇都是metabolism的问题。。。
当然我承认这个breeding strategy，作为问题还是挺有意思的。。。 但是作为
comment也太不着调了。。。
