We have a protein that is soluble at room temperature but precipitates after
placing in refrigerator overnight. This is a reversible process, e.g.,
soluble again with temperature increase to room temperature.
Appreciate any idea or any possible explanation for it. What experiment
could be done to verify any hypothesis?
Thanks | z*h 发帖数: 773 | 2 The simplest explanation is solubility vs temperature.
