more precipitates and cause nutrition loss. Try thaw your serum 4 degree
overnight might help. |

protocol很快就解决问题了
13ml complete culture media + 100-500 microlitter amphotericinB(depend on
your cell line) + 1ml pen/strep antibiotic
treat之后你在显微镜下能看到黑点死了漂起来，大概treat3-4d, trypsinize,
replate之后就很干净了，不放心的话再做一下hoechst staining。 |

我们的方法是在培养基里加庆大霉素，阿奇霉素，和plasmocin(invivogen），或者加
四环素和plasmocin。过两天就干净了。
