is it you don't have frozen sections, or you can't get immunofluorescence,
or problems with antibodies? |

发帖数: 932 | 5 Check Fig 2 on this paper http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19597478. If antibody is good, two color IHC is no difference to one color IHC. Used to do it every day.
It is doable for use three color as well (blue, red, and brown) for IHC staining.
