Can anybody here please tell me where to buy tumor cell lines such as human
melanoma, glioma and non small cell lung cancer cell lines? How do you know
if the cell line has been tested for rodent or human transmissible pathogens
? Will the company provide these documents?

三种cell lines:
Glioma: C6(CCL-107)
NSCLC: NCI-H1299(CRL-5803)
Melanoma: B16-F10(CRL-6475)
其实我也不知道哪种更好,更容易接种. 我们的目的是造肿癌模型后,用化疗药物诱导AP
site形成,然后对AP site进行定量的检测. 如果楼主能给予点拨的话,感激不尽!!! | n*********1
