Hi,
I have a naive question. I work on a microarray data analysis comparing
tumor and normal tissue (a two-group comparison). The tumor is GBM
(glioblastoma multiforms). I wonder what the best control samples are.

It seems to me that tumor is a totally different monster (more like
another tissue?).
