显示还是with editor
这个杂志原来我们投过，一般显示with editor不过3-4周
这次时间拖得有点久了
请问该如何写信询问下editor现在什么情况呢？
我老板的意思要很慎重，怕把editor催急了，
不知道这种信该怎么写，措词要注意什么？

Dear Editor of the xxx journal,
I submitted a manuscript to the journal of xxx on xxx
this year, and have not heard anything from the
reviewers in the last three months. The manuscript is
titled as "xxx," and the corresponding author is Dr. xxx
at the xxx University.
It would be more difficult for our authors to make
corrections to the manuscript if the review time is
further elongated. Would you please help me inquire
the status of this manuscript, and let me know what I
can do to have it reviewed soon? I appreciate it much.

请问催了以后多久得到editor的回复？答复是套话吗？

发帖数: 3031 | 5 每个editor是不一样的。我们的原则是希望能得到稿件的消
息，如果没有安排好审稿人，请重新安排，以便学术交流。
所以，第一封信发出去，如果一个星期（五个工作日）没有
回复，就发第二封；第二封发出去，三个工作日没有回复就
发第三封；如果接下来一天没有回复，向editor-in-chief 报
告你们的交流情况。
当然了，我们不会在投稿后第五周就催编辑。
