binding with a gene's promoter, using polyclonal rabbit anti-FLAG ab(Sigma,
Catalog Number F7425), follow the upstate ChIP kit protocol. Want to konw
how much ab should be included in each reaction. Anybody gives some tips? A
published paper with detailed information in ChIP methods using this ab will
greatly help.
