发帖数: 12463 | 8 还是不太明白为什么intron会对evolution有贡献，好像大部分情况下大量表达的就是
一个major isoform，其他的都是minor
就算有，也不需要这么长的intron啊，mRNA算上UTR也就2K平均，intron随便就是上百K
，差两个数量级，太不划算了。
