interested in learning new knowledgement, rather than going through the
education for buying a piece of "certificate". People in the less developed world have benefited from those open courses, and it's free for them.
I personally love some of the
open courses on MITOCW and Yale's websites.
as MITOCW's slogan says "empowering minds" ....
